Marin Coerts, Pim Huisman, Chris Jansen and Sophie Prent attended the December workshop of the international network Public Contracts in Legal Globalization. The meeting was at the Université Paris-Est Créteil. Chris Jansen gave a short presentation on the project ‘The execution of public contracts’. Pim Huisman did so for the project ‘Concessions and similar instruments’.
The Centre
The Centre for Public Contract Law & Governance is an expert centre of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. It focuses on government contracts, public procurement, distributing scarcity, public-private legal relationships, semi-public entities, and distribution of responsibilities on the market.
