On 7 September 2021 Sophie Prent defended her dissertation entitled ‘The reasonably contracting authority. On the interaction between EU public procurement law and Dutch law of obligations in tendering procedures’ at the VU Amsterdam. In this dissertation she tried to formulate an answer to the question what the role of Dutch law of obligations is in the relationship between a contracting authority that applies a European tendering procedure, and a participant in that procedure.
